Abstract

Religion still appears to have the opportunity to call humanity out of despair, discord, greed and the arrogant desire to oppress. This speech elaborates upon reshaping racial and cultural lenses in Christian education. As a new millennium is about to dawn, the time has come to reflect collectively upon a number of serious questions posed by the field of hermeneutics about the adequacy of our theological curriculum and its traditional claim to establish and sustain a learned ministry.
