Abstract
“Culture” is one of the most polysemous of modern terms. More than two hundred definitions can be found. It is appropriate for purposes of communication and dialogue to begin with a definition which may not be acceptable, but will serve as a springboard for reflection. Our national hero, Jose Marti one wrote: Motherland is a community of interests, a unity of traditions, a unity of goals, a sweet and consoling fusion of hopes and loves.
